OUR PHILOSOPHY

Each and every PROVE pastry is a labour of love, much more than the sum of its parts. 

It requires skill, patience and time – its a 72 hour process to be quite precise! It’s very early mornings. More commonly referred to as “late nights on the town” or “unsettled baby in the middle of the night” hours! Rolling the dough is hard physical labour and most importantly it requires the most delicate of hands to cut and roll the final product.

PROVE savours and celebrates every true element of a croissant. There are no corners cut during any stage of our croissant-making process.  We are not simply a manufacturer. We are a patisserie which celebrates the perfect croissant – it’s as simple and as hard as that!

OUR BUSINESS

We currently sell our wares wholesale to some of Adelaide’s favourite cafes, restaurants and hotels . We also welcome customer direct orders online and are always happy to hear from new wholesale clients who wish to stock our products. We have also added retail on Fridays and Saturdays 8am until 12pm (or sold out!). Who knows what the future might hold so give us a follow on the socials to hear our latest news.
